An Ariodante experience is more than just a visit or booking a guided tour. An Ariodante experience is an 'event' carefully crafted based on your specific desires and interests and designed as a once in a lifetime moment.

 

For us to be able to create the best possible experience, we need to know you and those travelling with you. We need to understand what you are looking for as well as your interests and passions.

 

An Ariodante experience can take weeks, even months of planning.

We need to secure the right venues, negotiate with each cultural institution and find the right guides and experts in each location. We must also collate countless providers and ensure every single detail so we can deliver a perfect service to our clients.

 

All the experiences featured on our website are just mere indications of some of the many themes we have previously created. If any of those experiences or projects appeal to you, we can use them as a starting point to create something truly bespoke, to turn your dreams into reality.

 

An Ariodante tour is a carefully crafted combination of several experiences; a travel puzzle you have dreamt of, but one that we will assemble for you. Once we have every piece of the puzzle in its rightful place, we complete the experience by finding the right experts to create the right settings. Therefore, each one of our tours is 100% bespoke and even if we work around a similar theme several times, the result will always be unique.

 

When planning for any experience, we need to take into consideration many variables, among them, the availability of the requested venue(s) and experts but also security and feasibility considerations that can have an impact on the experience.

 

As mentioned above, every Ariodante experience involves a great amount of work, from the conception stage to the planning and then the realization. Consequently, we have limited resources and time to do this. For this reason, we give our absolute priority to our members' requests and we are only able to handle external requests from non-members occasionally and only when we have enough time and resources available to process our members' requests to be able to deliver something of the highest quality possible.

 

Each request from a non-member will be treated on a first-come first-served basis.

Requests from non-members with less than 3 weeks’ notice, will most likely be declined unless we can be 100% sure we can commit to provide the service without compromising our quality standards, or the request will not have a negative impact on our commitment to our members.

 

 Ariodante charges a creation fee for each experience or trip we organize. 

For our first time clients, we begin proceedings with a phone call to get to know them and to obtain a full understanding of their wishes and expectations. We will assess the type of experience the client is looking for then email a draft of our proposal. Based on the confirmation of that initial draft, we will evaluate the creation fees and send our first invoice. Once the fees are agreed, we will start work on the full proposal.

 

Once the client is satisfied with the proposal, we will send a full quotation and when payment has been received in full, we will set everything in motion (bookings, searches for the right experts and confirmation on every detail with our providers).

 

If you wish to amend any detail in your experience before it begins, we will always do our best to accommodate those changes. However, we cannot guarantee we will always succeed. If you wish to cancel within 90 days, we will do our utmost to refund some of the monies you paid but please bear in mind, we are reliant on the various terms and conditions of each provider we use. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any refund. If you decide to cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, no refund will be possible.
